Evaluation of the Safety and Effectiveness of the Diabetes Drugs

• Utilized SAS software to apply non-parametric statistics methods, including the Wilcoxon rank sum test and Fisher exact test, for evaluating the safety and efficacy of experimental drugs compared to placebos
• Employed Logistic Regression and decision trees to identify influential factors (e.g., BMI, diastolic pressure) impacting drug effectiveness
• Formulated a third phase clinical trial for diabetes drugs based on data analysis from a second phase trial with 204 subjects
